Frisco CDL Defense Lawyer

CDL Holders Challenge Frisco Tickets in Court

Every day in the Collin County City of Frisco, Texas motorists of Class C and CDL status are pulled over by police and written traffic tickets for offenses committed. While it can be stressful to be written a citation whether you hold a Class C or commercial license, it is perhaps more stressful to be written a violation as a CDL holder. This is for the fact that truckers and other professional motorists are required by their employers to maintain their clean driving records. No matter whether you were written your ticket while on the road or at a D.O.T. stop, you must respond to your Frisco CDL violation by the date it is due, either pleading guilty to it or challenging it in court. If you are hopeful to challenge it in hopes of defending your clean record against points, Jack Byno & Associates may be of service to you. With over 20 years of experience in North Texas, we may be retained to either plead your case for a favorable deal, or to fight your citation at trial. When Frisco CDL Violations Go Into Warrant

Upon being written your Frisco CDL or trucking violation, it becomes your responsibility to respond to it by the date that it is due. If you fail to respond to your violation, neither challenging it nor pleading guilty to it in a court of law, the Frisco Municipal Court may penalize you. It is not uncommon for the court to issue traffic warrants over past-due citations, so do not be surprised if a traffic warrant is issued for you as a result of your overdue ticket. Once a traffic warrant is out for you, your arrest will remain a very real possibility until your warrant is lifted. If you are hopeful to avoid arrest, and are also hopeful to remain on the job as a professional CDL driver, the Law Office of Attorney Jack Byno may be retained to assist you in doing so. As it happens, we hold the authority to lift warrants and post bonds on behalf of our eligible CDL clients. If we are able to carry out these services for you, your arrest may be avoided, and your career may be defended by us later in court.
